1. HM Headers and Perry Exhausts product warranty will only be provided under the following circumstances:
   1. If the product supplied by HM Headers or Perry Exhausts exhibits a manufacturing defect
   2. If the product supplied by HM Headers or Perry Exhausts is of unmerchantable quality and is not fit for use or assembly for the purpose of which it was designed
2. If the product does exhibit a customer complaint as per section a, HM Headers or Perry Exhaust, at their discretion, will remedy by providing one of the following:
   1. Re-manufacture or re-condition the product; or
   2. Replace the product
3. Liability will be specifically limited to the value of the HM Header or Perry Exhaust purchased or supplied and does not include any other claims incidental to replacing the defective items.
4. NOTE - Product will only be accepted as a product return by HM Headers or Perry Exhausts in accordance with the section a, item i or item ii.

HM Headers and Perry Exhaust prides itself on the manufacturing process that it undertakes and hence we are able to offer the following exceptional warranty terms and conditions on the following product:

Mild Steel Headers - The warranty period shall be 3 YEARS from the date of purchase by the customer. The warranty does not extend to any gaskets, clamps, bolts and nuts supplied with the header.

This mild steel header warranty does not apply if:

• The header is fitted to a vehicle powered by LPG
• The header is used in any form of motor sport
• The header is fitted to any commercial use type vehicles (e.g. couriers and taxis)
• Any form of heat retention product (e.g. heat wrap) is applied to the header.

Stainless Steel Headers (409 exhaust grade stainless) - The warranty period shall be 10 YEARS from the date of purchase by the customer. The warranty does not extend to any gaskets, clamps, bolts and nuts supplied with the header. The warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the stainless steel header.

This stainless steel header warranty does not apply if:

• The header is used in any form of motor sport.
• Any form of heat retention product (e.g. heat wrap) is applied to the header.

Catalytic Converters - The warranty period shall be for 2 years or 40,000km from the date of purchase by the customer, whichever comes first. Proof of purchase and qualified installation must be provided; this should include the engine was correctly tuned to the manufacturers original specifications at the time of fitment and the vehicle maintained to this conviction.

This catalytic converter warranty does not apply if:

• The catalytic converters are used in any form of motor sport.

ACMS Exhaust Systems (Aluminum Coated Mild Steel) - The warranty period shall be 2 YEARS from the date of purchase by the customer on all aluminised Perry Exhaust mufflers used in any performance exhaust system. This warranty also applies to universal ACMS sports mufflers. The warranty does not extend to any pipe work, brackets, hangers, clamps, gaskets or rubbers supplied with the performance exhaust system.

This performance exhaust system warranty does not apply if:

• The performance exhaust system is used in any form of motor sport.
• The performance exhaust system is fitted to any commercial use type vehicle (e.g. couriers and taxis).

Stainless Steel Exhaust Systems (409 exhaust grade stainless) - The warranty period shall be 5 YEARS from the date of purchase by the customer on all exhaust grade stainless Perry Exhaust mufflers used in any performance exhaust system. This warranty also applies to universal stainless steel mufflers. The warranty does not extend to any pipe work, brackets, hangers, clamps, gaskets or rubbers supplied with the performance exhaust system.

This performance exhaust system warranty does not apply if:

• The performance exhaust system is used in any form of motor sport.
• The performance exhaust system is fitted to any commercial use type vehicle (e.g. couriers and taxis).

Sports rear Muffler - The warranty period shall be 2 YEARS from the date of purchase by the customer. This warranty does not extend to any pipe work brackets, hangers clamps, gaskets or rubbers supplied with the muffler.

This performance exhaust system warranty does not apply if:

• The performance exhaust system is used in any form of motor sport.
• The performance exhaust system is fitted to any commercial use type vehicle (e.g. couriers and taxis).
